Before and After

I just couldn't rationalize paying $20 for a baby haircut anymore at Cookie Cutters, so I agreed to let Darren give Wilson a buzz cut. Here are the before and after pictures. As I watched inches of Wilson's beautiful blond hair blow away in the breeze, I couldn't help but feel sad. Women pay big money for color and hair like that! I can't tell yet if I like the buzz or not - does it make him look older? Younger?

Pool Party!

I officially go back to work today (even though I've been working in my classroom at night for the past 3 weeks) and yesterday we had a little get together at the home of our good friends, the Konrads. As you can see, Wilson loves the water - he loves to jump like his friend Zack and he is even starting to swim a little (with a life jacket on). It was an awesome day and a great end to the summer!

Sledding in August

When you're 2, it's okay for a fruit tray to be a sled. It's not okay for you to ride that sled off the new leather couches.
